By downloading or using Ambleen, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. These terms apply to all users of Ambleen, including parents and caregivers.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Ambleen for your family's own use. That's it — no sublicensing, no commercial use, no redistribution.

3. Purchases & refunds

Ambleen is available as a one-time purchase through Apple's App Store. All billing, receipts, and refund requests are handled directly by Apple. If you need a refund, please visit Apple's billing support — we don't process payments ourselves and can't issue refunds on Apple's behalf.

4. Acceptable use

Ambleen is for personal and family use. You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the app
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the app or any part of it
• Use the app in any way that violates applicable law

5. Not medical or therapeutic advice

Ambleen supports everyday family routines. It is not a medical device, a diagnosis tool, or a treatment for any condition. Nothing in the app constitutes medical, therapeutic, or professional advice. If you have concerns about your child's health, behaviour, or development, please speak with a qualified professional. Ambleen is a gentle organisational aid — nothing more, nothing less.

6. Disclaimers

Ambleen is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely free of bugs. You use it at your own discretion.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, YKL Handle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Ambleen, even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Changes

We may update the app or these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted inside the app. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
